Its been an incredibly tough few months for Mel Owen (Tamzin Outhwaite) in EastEnders — what with Hunter (Charlie Winter) having been killed following the hostage situation he orchestrated at the Vic — but, with Mel making an alarming discovery about Sharons (Letitia Dean) affair with Keanu (Danny Walters), will she reveal the truth to get revenge on Phil (Steve McFadden)?
With Mel confident that Keanu is the father of Sharons baby and not Phil, she contemplates her next move. The E20 manager is still fuming at Phil for trying to stop her from planning her sons funeral, so its safe to say shes out for revenge. After giving it some more thought, Mel enlists Lisas (Lucy Benjamin) help in getting Keanus phone in the hopes of setting a trap for Sharon.
Her plan works, and Sharon cops on to the fact that Mel knows the truth — leaving her stunned. The Mitchell matriarch does her best to warn Mel off, but its no use, as she later discovers that Mel has her paternity test results in her possession. Left with no other choice, Sharon pleads with her business partner, begging her to keep her secret.
Before long, Mels motives come to light, as she blackmails Sharon, telling her she has 24 hours to convince Louise (Tilly Keeper) to move back in with Lisa.
Later in the week, Keanu picks up on Sharons odd behaviour and confronts her on the matter. Sharon keeps shtum, but uses Keanus inquisitiveness to her benefit, claiming that she can no longer live under the same roof as him. And it works, as Louise anRead More – Source
