James Argent has joked hes got enough body fat as he avoided wearing a wetsuit on Sink Or Swim because he looked ridiculous.

Fans of the Towie star, whos currently training to swim the English Channel in aid of Stand Up For Cancer, questioned why Arg refused to wear a wetsuit in the freezing temperatures.

Luckily, the 31-year-old had a simple answer.

Because I look ridiculous in one & when I tried it took me and hour to get it on! Ive got enough body fat. To keep me warm, he joked on Twitter, adding a cry-laughing emoji.

Hes a braver soul than us.

Whatever it takes to get him through, right?
