Ahgases are getting closer to having the band back together as GOT7 teased the release of their new album.
K-Pop group GOT7 will return with Spinning Top: Between Security And Insecurity later this month.
The seven member boy group unveiled new teaser photos ahead of their comeback, giving their loyal fanbase a good look at both sides of their fave group.
A colour promo shot showed the Lullaby singers looking moody as bright streaks of light shine across them. Their outfits are also striking with flashes of bright colours on jackets, jumpers and sheer shirts.
The second image is black and white with the group facing away from the camera, towards a wall with large scribbles running across it.
The starkly different images suggest this is going to be album of two sides -security and insecurity? – with one being more outgoing and bold and the other being more reflective.
A mysterious teaser was shared by the group last month as an introduction to their comeback. It was a short clip of a spinning top in motion that appeared on the verge of falling over.
GOT7 are capable of various musical styles from the high energy Hard Carry and Teenager to smoother offerings like Moon U and Angel, so they should pull off the themes of their comeback with style.
Each member has been doing their own thing recently with sub-unit Jus2 dropping their album Focus earlier this year.
The group – Jackson, Jinyoung, JB, Yugeom, Youngjae, BamBam and Mark – released their previous album Present: You last year.
Spinning Top: Between Security And Insecurity is out on 20 May with their world tour kicking off in June.
