A man and two teenagers have been charged after three classic sports cars were stolen from a home in West Pennant Hills.

A 42-year-old man who owns the classic cars, called police at 3.40am on Tuesday morning, informing the police of intruders at his Doris Hurst Place home, north-west of Sydney.

The group allegedly left the property in the man's 1971 Chevrolet coupe, a Jaguar sports sedan, and a Range Rover.

The man and both teenagers were arrested at Carlingford 15 minutes after feeling the scene when the Range Rover hit the barrier near the M2 ramp.

Police arrested two teenage boys, aged 16 and 17, and an 18-year-old man, before they were taken to Ryde Police station.

The trio were all charged with aggravated break and enter commit serious indictable offence in company and two counts of be carried in conveyance taken without consent.

The two teenagers were refused bail and are due to appear at a children’s court on Tuesday.

The 18-year-old man was refused bail and is due to appear at Burwood Local Court on Tuesday.
