Home and Away legend Cornelia Frances has vowed to make a full time return to the soap after battling bladder cancer. The iconic star, who has played ruthless lawyer Morag Bellingham on and off for 20 years, was last seen on screen last year.

She was diagnosed with bladder cancer in 2017 but has admitted to struggling as it has since spread to her hip. However this has not dampened her fighting spirit as she has vowed to fight the disease and win before returning to the show she loves.

Speaking to A Current Affair in Australia, she said: ‘It’s a hard road, but we’ll get there. I’m feeling fine, albeit what’s inside me. I’m really feeling ok. The pain comes and goes but you expect that. It’s par for the course. We’re gonna fight it, by god I am.’
