Lorraine Kelly is taking a well-deserved rest this Christmas and is enjoying Christmas Day and Boxing Day off.

It does mean, however, that you won’t get to see your favourite Scottish TV host on the small screen on Christmas Day.

Lorraine will be back on your TV sets on Wednesday 27 December.

Unlike Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid, Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield and the Loose Women, Lorraine doesn’t get the entire festive period off, poor lass!

Things return to normal on Tuesday 2 January, when Lorraine will be back in our lives every weekday again. Hoorah.
